100+ Creative Substitutions for Problem Foods

Do you have Problem Foods in your life?  Those foods that either cause youuncomfortable symptoms or you just know are not good for your health?

If so, I’m excited to announce a special FREE guide for you: 100+ Creative Substitutions for Problem Foods. Along with over a 100 substitution ideas, the guide also includes 10 recipes and several how-to’s (e.g., How to Prepare Quinoa).  Having 16 different food allergies in my household, I’ve become somewhat of a master at substitutions and I strive for those that also increase nutrient-value.  I hope it gives you some ideas you can use.

If you have food allergies/sensitivities, please fill out the short Food Sensitivity Program Survey.  I am doing some market research as I develop practical programs for preventing, identifying and reversing food allergies/sensitivities.  I would love to get your input to tailor these programs to your needs. Upon completion, you’ll be directed to a link to the 100+ Creative Substitutions for Problem Foods eBooklet. (You can also access it directly below, but I’d still appreciate your input on the survey!)

If you don’t have food sensitivities, this guide is also great just for introducing variety and more nutrient-dense options into your diet.  You can bypass the survey and just click on the image below:

Let me know what you think!  What surprised you in the guide?  Is there some other substitution that you use that isn’t included?  I’d love to hear it.  Post your comment below.
